Tanya L. Schofield lives in central Georgia with a white dog and a black cat, one of which she is allergic to. She is a mother, a Mac user, a vegetarian, and a talented cartomancer.

Her flash fiction has been published at 10Flash, Alienskin Magazine, and Every Day Fiction. She is a contributor at Flash Fiction Chronicles. She has participated in NaNoWriMo since 2007.

She blogs about the writer/writing process at Blogging in the Dark, updating (for the most part) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

She blogs about the other stuff at Everything But a Writer, aiming for Monday and Wednesday but usually hitting on Friday.

Blog updates are always published via her otherwise inactive Twitter account, feel free to follow with confidence that you won’t be spammed with inane babble or endless retweets.

Her current project is a series of sci-fi short stories (adding up to a complete novel,) written specifically for online publication.

Tanya is currently on hiatus, focusing her energies on her home, health, and family.
